Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nThe Operations Research Analyst is responsible for applying advanced analytical, mathematical, statistical, and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems and improve operational performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze data, evaluate scenarios, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations that drive efficiency, cost savings, service improvements, and strategic decision-making.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalytics & Modeling\nDevelop and maintain statistical, optimization, simulation, and forecasting models to support business decisions.\nAnalyze operational, supply chain, financial, and business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate strategic alternatives.\nDesign mathematical models for inventory optimization, network design, production planning, capacity planning, and resource allocation.\nBusiness Performance Improvement\nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions to improve productivity, quality, and customer service.\nQuantify the financial impact of proposed initiatives and operational changes.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts through analytical insights and performance measurement.\nMonitor key business metrics and develop recommendations to enhance operational performance.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nCollect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.\nTranslate complex analytical results into clear business recommendations.\nPresent findings and strategic insights to management and cross-functional teams.\nCollaboration & Project Support\nPartner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define business problems and analytical requirements.\nSupport strategic projects involving network optimization, cost reduction, demand planning, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.\nAssist in implementation and validation of analytical solutions.\nProvide analytical expertise for business transformation initiatives.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired Education\nBachelor's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.\nPreferred Education\nMaster's degree in Operations Research, or related discipline.\nRequired Experience\n5 years of experience in operations research, analytics, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or business optimization.\nExperience applying quantitative methods to solve business problems.\nExperience working with large datasets and analytical tools.\nRequired Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nKnowledge of optimization techniques, linear programming, simulation, forecasting, and statistical analysis.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience with Python, R, SQL, or other analytical programming languages.\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with supply chain optimization and inventory management.\nKnowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.\nFamiliarity with SAP ERP.\nExperience with optimization mathematics and tools such as Gurobi, CPLEX, SAS, or AnyLogic.\nWork Environment\nFull-time office environment with collaboration across multiple business functions.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.\nOccasional travel may be required to support operational sites and project initiatives.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nA successful Operations Research Analyst combines strong quantitative and technical capabilities with business acumen. They are curious, detail-oriented, and able to transform complex data into practical recommendations that improve operational and financial outcomes.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $91,000 - $119,700 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
