Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nUnder direct supervision assembles mechanical units or fabricated parts to make sub-assemblies or complete units within routine and repetitive assembly operations.\nDuties include but are not limited to:\nFollow detailed instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to assemble components or products.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks.\nInspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet specified standards.\nIdentify and report any defects or issues with components or finished products.\nAdhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any issues or concerns.\nCollaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.\nMay perform other limited assembly, fabrication, production, or operator tasks of a standard nature.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEducation/Experience:\nRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nBasic knowledge of hand and power tools.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, diagrams, or assembly instructions.\nAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nBasic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.\nAbilities:\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\nManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.\nAbility to lift and move moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds.\nAble to learn how to operate basic machinery \nAble to paint and work with insulation.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17 /hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
