Note: benefits may vary depending on the position and are subject to change.\nWhat Drives Success\nLennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and administration of safety programs across our commercial HVAC service operations. This position will work closely with Operations, Branch Managers, Area Managers, Human Resources, and field technicians to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Safety Coordinator will provide day-to-day support for safety initiatives, incident management, training, compliance activities, inspections, reporting, and continuous improvement. This role is well suited for an individual who is organized, proactive, comfortable working with field operations, and passionate about creating a safe work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development, implementation, and administration of NAS safety programs, policies, and procedures.\nMonitor compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements.\nPartner with Operations leadership to identify safety risks and implement corrective actions.\nConduct and/or coordinate branch, jobsite, vehicle, and field safety inspections.\nMaintain safety documentation, records, certifications, and compliance reports.\nAssist with updating safety policies and procedures based on regulatory or operational changes.\nSupport the implementation and ongoing administration of safety programs across NAS locations.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\n2+ years of experience in safety, EHS, compliance, operations, or a related field.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both corporate leadership and field employees.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to travel to NAS branches and customer/job sites as needed.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting commercial HVAC, mechanical, construction, facilities, or field-service operations.\nOSHA 30-Hour certification.\nASP, CSP, CHST, or other safety-related certification.\nExperience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analysis.\nExperience developing or delivering safety training.\nExperience working across multiple locations or geographically dispersed field teams.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried nonexempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
