This dynamic role will allow the individual to tap into their SAP IBP functional, analytical, and leadership skills, interact with internal stakeholders, and think outside the box in developing creative solutions.\nResponsible for the implementation and enhancements of SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and functional requirements.\nServe as a functional subject matter expert for SAP IBP planning processes.\nDefine and document functional requirements based on business and user needs.\nAnalyze business and user needs and translate them into SAP IBP functional solutions.\nConfigure, maintain, and enhance SAP IBP functionality based on business requirements.\nSupport SAP IBP functionality including Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, and CPI-DS.\nDocument key processes, requirements, and solution changes.\nStay up to date with SAP IBP best practices and established standards.\nEnsure solutions align with business requirements and overall IT strategy.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with planning solutions, specifically SAP IBP.\n3-5 years of SAP ERP experience with SAP IBP Inventory, Supply & Response, and CPI-DS.\nExperience working with Inventory Optimization solutions.\nKnowledge of Agile methodology.\nExcellent critical thinking aptitude.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and challenging work environment.\nMust demonstrate good oral, written, and presentation communication skills.\nCustomer-focused with strong attention to customer satisfaction.\nExperience working with multi-geographic teams.\nExperience integrating with other platforms such as SAP BW is a plus.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $138,000 - $180,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
