Your ideas matter here.\nIntern Community: Connect with peers through social events, team-building activities, and engagement programs.\nInnovation Exposure: Dive into cutting-edge tech and trends shaping the HVAC and manufacturing industries.\nLearning and Development: Access workshops, training sessions, and resources to level up your skills and expand your knowledge.\n Competitive Pay and Relocation Support: Receive a competitive compensation package and relocation support if needed.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:\nHR Systems Support\nAssist with maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP HR and UKG Workforce Management systems.\nSupport system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution activities.\nHelp validate employee and workforce data to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.\nAssist with documenting processes, procedures, and system requirements.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nSupport system testing efforts including test case execution, defect identification, and results documentation.\nAssist with validating system enhancements and configuration changes.\nHelp troubleshoot issues and identify root causes in collaboration with technical and business teams.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing activities for new functionality and system updates.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nUtilize Excel and other tools to analyze, validate, and report on HR and workforce data.\nAssist with data audits and quality reviews.\nSupport reporting requests and help identify data trends and insights.\nEnsure accuracy and consistency across HR technology platforms.\nIntegrations & Technical Support\nAssist with supporting integrations between SAP HR, UKG Workforce Management, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.\nHelp monitor and validate data interfaces and data flows between systems.\nSupport technical issue investigation and resolution efforts.\nGain exposure to APIs, system integrations, and enterprise technology architecture.\nTeam & Project Support\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams on technology initiatives and projects.\nAssist with research, documentation, and project coordination activities.\nSupport process improvement efforts that enhance system effectiveness and user experience.\nTake on special projects that provide exposure to multiple areas of HR technology.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field\nBasic understanding of database concepts and SQL\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, filtering, and reporting\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with SAP HCM/HR modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)\nExposure to UKG Workforce Management or UKG Pro\nBasic understanding of HR, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, or workforce management processes\nKnowledge of software testing concepts and defect tracking\nExposure to programming, scripting, or system integrations\nFamiliarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and analytics tools\nUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and access controls\nWHAT YOU'LL GAIN:\nHands-on experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms\nExposure to SAP HR, UKG Workforce Management, and HR system integrations\nOpportunities to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams\nDevelopment of technical, analytical, and project management skills\nExperience working with real-world HR data, system testing, and process improvement initiatives\nInsight into how technology enables and supports critical HR operations across a global organization\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 - $25.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school.
