With team mentorship, the intern will own a defined project from problem framing and stakeholder discovery through analysis, recommendations, and implementation handoff. Work may include diagnosing performance gaps, evaluating roadmap opportunities, or improving portfolio prioritization and visibility. The experience will culminate in a leadership presentation supported by a practical deliverable and measurable success criteria.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPreferred Majors\nMBA or master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related business or quantitative field.\nRequired Technical Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, PivotTables, lookup functions, and basic scenario analysis\nProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create clear, professional business presentations\nAbility to validate data, identify trends, and perform basic quantitative analysis\nComfort working with data to support business insights and recommendations\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStructured Problem-Solving: Ability to break down ambiguous business questions and develop a clear, organized approach to analysis\nAnalytical Thinking: Ability to validate assumptions, interpret findings, and connect insights to business impact\nCommunication: Ability to clearly summarize findings and communicate concise recommendations to different audiences\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable gathering input, clarifying requirements, and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders\nProject Ownership: Ability to manage priorities and milestones, communicate risks, and deliver accurate, high-quality work\nPreferred Qualifications\nCoursework or experience in supply chain, operations, business strategy, or analytics\nFamiliarity with Databricks, SQL, or similar data and analytics tools\nExposure to business cases, financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, or benefits measurement\nFamiliarity with project management, process mapping, or change management\nExperience using research, benchmarking, or data analysis to develop a business recommendation through coursework, case competitions, consulting projects, internships, or other relevant experience\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - 31.80/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school.
