Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nLead day-to-day activities of IT education staff engaged in all activities associated with the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs.\nManaging licenses/platforms used to create and deliver training (i.e. Brainstorm)\nWork with corporate HR and facilities to coordinate and align training content\nAssist with the creation and distribution of IT Communications content.\nAssists with assigning personnel to the various training tasks and directs their activities.\nReviews course content and objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of training presentations and programs.\nLeads education of team on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.\nConsults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities.\nPrepares activity and progress reports regarding the information systems training section\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nRequires at least 5 years related experience.Advanced and in-depth knowledge of assigned products including the application of diagnostic techniques and service aids.\nKnowledge of learning theories and skilled in classroom presentation.\nExcellent classroom presentation skills.\nMust possess strong written and verbal communication skills\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $85,000 - $111,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
