Come, stay, and grow with us.\nWhat Drives Success\nLocation: Orangeburg, SC (100% Onsite)\nShift: 10PM - 7AM\nReporting to the Assembly Manager for the Production facility, the Production Supervisor is responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department in order to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.\nAdditional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nLeading their team and overseeing day to day operations of the group.\nCreating and maintaining reports of shift operations.\nPreparing daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.\nInspecting product to verify production specifications are met.\nReviewing production schedules, material and manpower resources.\nAssigning employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.\nParticipating in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.\nMaintaining a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance.\nTraining new workers in the organizations operating procedures and standards.\nCoaching and counseling employees on safety, quality and production standards.\nAbility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nPreferably a Bachelor’s degree (Associate’s degree acceptable).\nAt least 5 years of front line leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.\nGood work record and experience.\nAbility to lead in a production environment.\nRequires tact and good judgement.\nExcellent communication skills.\nFamiliarity with LEAN manufacturing principles.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $68,000 - $89,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
