Your ideas matter here.\nIntern Community: Connect with peers through social events, team-building activities, and engagement programs.\nInnovation Exposure: Dive into cutting-edge tech and trends shaping the HVAC and manufacturing industries.\nLearning and Development: Access workshops, training sessions, and resources to level up your skills and expand your knowledge.\nCompetitive Pay and Relocation Support: Receive a competitive compensation package and relocation support if needed.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\nTechnology Portfolio Assessment\nEvaluate supply chain systems, ownership, utilization, functionality, and capability overlap to identify opportunities to consolidate platforms, improve adoption, and maximize existing technology investments. \nDocument current-state findings and summarize opportunities that may influence the Supply Chain Technology Roadmap. \nOperational & Automation Opportunity Analysis\nAnalyze recurring system issues, enhancement requests, user feedback, and manual processes to identify friction, functionality gaps, underutilized capabilities, training needs, process improvements, and automation opportunities. \nConduct structured stakeholder interviews to validate pain points, distinguish evidence from assumptions, and clarify business needs. \nBusiness Case & Investment Analysis\nDevelop fact-based business cases for prioritized opportunities, including the business problem, current-state impact, solution options, expected benefits, costs, dependencies, risks, and potential return on investment. \nTranslate operational findings into clear recommendations that support technology investment and prioritization decisions. \nData, Documentation & Project Support\nAnalyze and organize operational information using Excel and other available data sources. \nCreate clear presentations, process documentation, and project updates for supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders. \nSupport project coordination and special initiatives related to supply chain technology, automation, and process improvement. \nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nCurrently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nStrong organization and project coordination skills \nClear written and verbal communication skills \nAbility to conduct structured stakeholder interviews and synthesize operational information into clear findings \nAbility to distinguish evidence from assumptions and develop fact-based recommendations \nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nInterest in supply chain technology, automation, or artificial intelligence \nExperience with Power BI or data visualization \nProcess improvement or root-cause-analysis experience \nFamiliarity with enterprise systems, service desk data, or system enhancement requests \nWHAT YOU’LL GAIN:\nHands-on experience assessing technology functionality, utilization, and business value across the supply chain \nExposure to supply chain systems, automation opportunities, and technology investment decisions \nExperience developing business cases and recommendations for operational improvements \nOpportunities to collaborate with system owners, supply chain teams, and cross-functional stakeholders \nDevelopment of professional skills in analytics, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and executive-ready communication \nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 - $22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school.
