This role partners directly with customers, platform architects, and engineering leaders to define technical direction, resolve complex system challenges, and ensure successful deployment of scalable server management technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, and development of advanced BMC firmware and platform management solutions across Intel, AMD, and storage server platforms.\nDefine technical roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic BMC features from concept through production release.\nServe as the primary technical interface for customers on BMC architecture, platform management capabilities, and escalated technical issues.\nDrive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex firmware, hardware, interoperability, and system-level issues.\nGuide engineering teams in designing scalable, maintainable, and industry-compliant server management solutions.\nReview architecture proposals, code implementations, and technical specifications to ensure technical excellence.\nInfluence platform management strategy, including adoption of emerging technologies and industry standards such as Redfish, MCTP, PLDM, SPDM, and OpenBMC.\nCollaborate with hardware architects, BIOS teams, validation teams, and program leadership to align technical execution with business objectives.\nMentor and develop engineers by providing technical leadership, design guidance, and best practices.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to platform reliability, firmware quality, engineering productivity, and customer satisfaction.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in server platform development with extensive BMC firmware expertise.\nStrong understanding of hyperscale server architectures, platform management frameworks, and server lifecycle management.\nDeep experience in embedded software development using C/C++ and Linux-based systems.\nProven expertise in Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, OpenBMC, or related server management technologies.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional technical initiatives.\nExtensive experience working directly with hyperscale customers and handling critical escalations.\nStrong system architecture, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExtensive OpenBMC architecture and customization experience.\nExperience leading platform management development for hyperscale cloud providers.\nKnowledge of security technologies such as SPDM, secure boot, attestation, and platform security frameworks.\nExperience influencing industry standards and driving technology adoption across multiple product generations.\nPrior experience mentoring engineers or serving as technical lead for firmware
