to mass production, with rich DOE experience\nFamiliar with Tolerance Analysis, DFMEA, etc.\nSkilled with Windchill and Creo tools\nWork in a self-motivated manner and independently find the right direction to solve problems\nGood documentation skills in both Chinese & English, with basic communication skills in English\nStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and project
