leaders to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, and define realistic solution scopes.\nPrototype and deliver lightweight AI applications, automation tools, dashboards, scripts, and internal productivity solutions.\n Build solutions using modern AI technologies, including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-assisted development tools.\nExtract, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support business decision-making.\nApply company security, confidentiality, and data-handling requirements throughout the development lifecycle.\nIterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and continuouslyimprove delivered solutions.\nCreate concise technical documentation, handover notes, and usage guidance to support future maintenance and scalability.\nOpportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders, with occasional meetings scheduled outside standard local business hours to support different time zones.\nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nProgramming experience in Python or another general-purpose language; JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.\nExperience building at least one software, AI, or data-related project through coursework, personal projects, research, hackathons, open-source contributions, or internships.\nFamiliarity with APIs, version-control tools such as Git, and working with data.\nUnderstanding ofAI application concepts, such as prompt engineering, structured outputs, AI agents, or RAG.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage well-defined assignments independently, communicate blockers proactively, and seek guidance when needed.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with lightweight application frameworks such as Streamlit, Gradio, Flask, FastAPI, React, or Next.js.\nExposure to enterprise-approved LLM platforms, AI SDKs, or orchestration frameworks.\nFamiliarity with retrieval-augmented generation ( RAG), embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, tool calling, or agentic workflows.\nHands-on experience working with large datasets using standard data manipulation tool such as SQL, CSV data processing, pandas, Spark, R, PowerBI, or basic data visualization.\nExposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Google Workspace, or related enterprise APIs.\nFamiliarity with workflow-automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, or Retool.\nBasic understanding of cloud services, containers, application deployment, authentication, and
