The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, developing, enhancing, and maintaining IBM Maximo solutions to meet business and operational requirements. Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within the IBM Maximo platform.\nDesign, develop, customize, and maintain IBM Maximo applications, workflows, integrations, and reports.\nPerform system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.\nDevelop interfaces and integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.\nSupport system upgrades, patches, and application enhancements.\nCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.\nPrepare technical specifications, system documentation, and user guides.\nParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and production support activities.\nEnsure solutions comply with organizational security, quality, and governance standards.\nRequirements\nEssential Qualifications\nTertiary Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.\n3-8 years of application development and support experience, with hands-on experience in enterprise applications.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo development, customization, or support.\nStrong knowledge of:IBM Maximo Asset Management\nJava, J2EE, JavaScript\nSQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)\nMaximo workflows, automation scripts, MBOs, and integrations\nREST/SOAP web services and system integration\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Maximo Anywhere, Maximo Mobile, MAS (Maximo Application Suite), or related modules.\nKnowledge of enterprise asset management (EAM), maintenance management, or facilities management processes.\nExperience with application servers such as WebSphere or WebLogic.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile development
