& Django Development\nDevelop and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django.\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs and backend integrations.\nBuild reusable, scalable, and secure application components.\nOptimize application performance and ensure high availability.\nWeb Development\nDevelop responsive and maintainable web applications using Django, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nBuild dashboards, portals, and management interfaces that support workflow automation and operational efficiency.\nDesign and implement frontend functionality integrated with backend services and REST APIs.\nEnsure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the web application stack.\nAndroid Platform & Internals\nDemonstrate understanding of Android internals, including application lifecycle, system services, IPC mechanisms, permissions, package management, and Android framework components.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and debug Android platform and application-level issues.\nWork with Android logs, performance profiling, memory analysis, and system diagnostics.\nDevelop tools, utilities, or automation solutions that interact with Android devices and platforms.\nUnderstand Android architecture, system components, and platform behavior to support development and troubleshooting activities.\nFamiliarity with Android application development using Kotlin is desirable but not required.\nFull Stack Development\nDeliver end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, and platform integrations.\nParticipate in system design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.\nAI-Assisted Automation (Good to Have)\nUnderstand AI/ML concepts and explore opportunities to leverage AI for workflow automation.\nIntegrate AI-powered services, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent assistants into applications.\nSupport the implementation of AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Workflow Automation, or Software Engineering.\nStrong proficiency in Python and Django.\nExperience developing web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.\nFamiliarity with Android internals, Android framework architecture, and platform-level debugging.\nUnderstanding of workflow automation and process optimization concepts.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with Android application development using Kotlin.\nExperience with Android platform development, AOSP, system services, or Android framework components.\nUnderstanding of Linux fundamentals and their relationship to Android architecture.\nExperience with Android debugging and profiling tools such as ADB, Logcat, Perfetto, Systrace, or Android Studio Profiler.\nExperience with workflow automation platforms and process orchestration tools.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered automation solutions.\nExperience with Git,
