drive corrective actions\nManage strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, quality improvement, and operational excellence\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, services, manufacturing, and product development\nDevelop executive presentations, project updates, dashboards, and leadership communications\nSupport quality transformation initiatives, including analytics, AI enablement, automation, and process improvement\nLead customer engagement activities, onsite visits, pilot programs, and feedback collection efforts\nDrive awareness and adoption of quality initiatives through communications, campaigns, and best-practice sharing\nIdentify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends and translate them into actionable business recommendations\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, or a related field\n5+ years of experience in project/program management, engineering, and/or customer quality\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nPMP certification preferred\nExperience with customer-facing quality programs or escalation management\nExperience with data analytics, Power BI, AI, or digital transformation initiatives preferred\nExperience working in a global organization preferred\nBasic Requirements:\nBachelor's degree\n5+ years of project/program management,
