The role is responsible for driving the evolution of our DevOps capabilities across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, reliability, observability, security, and developer experience.\nThe role works closely with engineering teams and architects to define technical direction, establish engineering standards, guide architectural decisions, and ensure that scalability, reliability, operability, and supportability are considered as the platform evolves.\nWhat you will do:\nOwn and drive the technical direction and roadmap for DevOps capabilities supporting XC1.\nDefine architecture, engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and operational tooling.\nPartner with software architects, development, QA, and other engineering functions on platform architecture and technical decisions.\nDrive improvements in developer experience, automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nProvide architectural reviews and technical guidance for complex infrastructure and DevOps initiatives.\nSupport the evolution of the internal developer platform and self-service capabilities.\nEvaluate and introduce relevant engineering practices and technologies, including Platform Engineering, SRE, and AI-assisted engineering and operations.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to DevOps engineers.\nAct as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, platform, delivery, and operational topics.\nHelp translate product and business priorities into a sustainable DevOps technical roadmap.\nWhat you will bring:\nStrong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containers and orchestration, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and automation.\nExperience designing and evolving reliable, scalable infrastructure and engineering platforms.\nAbility to make architectural decisions and communicate technical trade-offs across engineering teams.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex distributed environments.\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering standards.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nWhat we
