Are you excited to join one of the leaders in the IT world?\nWe are a hands-on DevOps group supporting both on-prem and cloud environments for our flagship product - Xclarity One.\nOur focus is reliability, security, and developer productivity.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows across multiple environments. \nOperate and enhance containerized infrastructure and orchestration platforms. \nImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices. \nStrengthen platform security and access controls in build and runtime environments. \nCreate and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and handover notes. \nCollaborate with engineering and QA to unblock delivery and improve developer productivity. \nContribute to planning and execution for releases and platform improvements. \nAutomate repetitive operational tasks to increase reliability and speed. \nAutomate cloud infrastructure provisioning and changes using infrastructure-as-code and policy guardrails. \nEmbed DevSecOps practices across the SDLC, integrating security scanning and controls into pipelines and runtime. \nYou collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions. \nWhat you will bring:\nAt least 5 years of hands-on Linux experience and scripting for automation and troubleshooting. \nSolid experience with CI/CD systems and artifact registries. Experience upgrading or maintaining build servers is a plus. \nProficiency with containers and Kubernetes in at least one major cloud provider and comfort adapting workflows for on-prem environments. \nStrong infrastructure-as-code skills, including hands-on experience with Terraform, and proficiency in configuration management. \nPractical knowledge of monitoring and alerting stacks and email or webhook integrations. \nWorking understanding of cloud identity, secrets management, and least-privilege access patterns. \nExperience troubleshooting across the stack and writing clear, reproducible documentation and runbooks. \nNice to have:\nGitOps tooling such as ArgoCD.
