This role partners closely with operations to drive safety performance, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities\nConduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and track corrective actions.\nInvestigate incidents, injuries, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.\nCollect, maintain, analyze, and report EHS performance data, including leading and lagging indicators.\nDevelop dashboards, metrics, and reports to support management reviews and compliance tracking.\nMaintain OSHA records and support compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.\nMonitor environmental programs, hazardous waste areas, chemical storage, and sustainability initiatives.\nDeliver new hire orientation, safety training, toolbox talks, and maintain training compliance records.\nSupport EHS programs including Lockout/Tagout, PPE, machine guarding, forklift safety, contractor safety, and emergency preparedness.\nConduct routine inspections of emergency and safety equipment, including eyewash stations, AEDs, first aid kits, and spill response materials.\nParticipate in internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation.\nPartner with supervisors and employees to resolve safety concerns and promote a strong safety culture.\nMaintain EHS procedures, work instructions, policies, and records. \n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's or Associates degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.\n2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nExperience with incident investigations, compliance reporting, and safety training.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nOSHA 30 Certification\nFirst Aid/CPR Certification\nISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 experience\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulatory requirements.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExperience with EHS metrics, dashboard reporting, and trend analysis.\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to influence and engage employees at all
