# EHS Analyst

Position Summary The EHS Analyst supports workplace safety, environmental compliance, and risk management programs through data analysis, inspections, incident investigations, training, and regulatory compliance activities. This role partners closely with operations to drive safety performance, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and track corrective actions. Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up. Collect, maintain, analyze, and report EHS performance data, including leading and lagging indicators. Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to support management reviews and compliance tracking. Maintain OSHA records and support compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Monitor environmental programs, hazardous waste areas, chemical storage, and sustainability initiatives. Deliver new hire orientation, safety training, toolbox talks, and maintain training compliance records. Support EHS programs including Lockout/Tagout, PPE, machine guar
