platform launches, or related hardware, firmware, service, or support initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of server hardware, firmware, BMC, telemetry, diagnostic tools, log analysis, or related serviceability technologies.\nExperience defining product or program roadmaps, gathering requirements, and managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of project-management methodologies, including agile practices and structured program governance.\nPMP certification.\nStrong English communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills for collaboration across global teams.\nGood-to-have\nExperience with field-support tools, service automation, guided troubleshooting, predictive diagnostics, or problem-determination workflows.\nExperience working with service, quality, manufacturing, operations, or customer-support organizations.\nUnderstanding of field service user experience and the needs of service technicians supporting enterprise server platforms.\nExperience managing multi-year programs through development, launch, and sustaining
