You will build AI features end to end: from backend services and data pipelines to user-facing integration.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop Java microservices for the e-commerce platform (product, order, pricing, cart, search, etc.).\nBuild and integrate AI-powered features into the platform, such as intelligent product search and recommendation, conversational shopping assistants, content generation, and customer-service automation.\nDesign and implement RAG pipelines and LLM application workflows (prompting, retrieval, tool calling, agents), and expose them as reliable, scalable services.\nIntegrate LLM and ML capabilities with existing Spring Cloud services, including API design, performance tuning, caching, and cost control.\nMaintain and optimize existing systems, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.\nCollaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to deliver business outcomes.\nWrite and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation; participate in code reviews.\nKeep up with emerging AI technologies and evaluate new tools and techniques for practical adoption.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.\nGraduates from top-tier universities or Master’s degree holders are preferred.\nCore Java and Backend (Required)\nAt least 5 years of Java development experience.\nProficiency with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture and related technologies, including Spring Cloud, Nacos, Redis, Jenkins, and GitLab.\nExperience in database design and development using MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.\nAI Capabilities (Required)\nHands-on project experience with RAG or modern LLM application patterns (prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling).\nExperience integrating LLM APIs into production applications, using Java frameworks (Spring AI, LangChain4j) or Python frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).\nWorking proficiency in Python for AI prototyping and data processing.\nUnderstanding of how to evaluate and monitor LLM application quality, latency, and cost.\nE-commerce Expertise\nSolid understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce models.\nHands-on experience building internet-based e-commerce websites; experience in internet or e-commerce companies is preferred.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Elasticsearch or vector databases (e.g., Milvus, pgvector, Elasticsearch vector search).\nExperience with front-end frameworks (React or Vue) for building AI-facing user interfaces.\nExperience with AI agent frameworks, MCP, or AI-assisted development tools.\nPersonal or open-source AI projects and prototypes.\nSoft Skills and Language\nStrong ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.\nExcellent research, learning, and teamwork capabilities.\nFluency in English is required;
