Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, effective solutions to issues throughout the NPI phases.\nQuality Assurance: Ensure that products meet established quality standards by implementing effective quality-control processes and inspection methods.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other improvement frameworks.\nEquipment and Tooling: Select and design the equipment, tools, and fixtures required to support manufacturing processes.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n5+ years of manufacturing experience.\nKnowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and methodologies. \nExperience developing and defining assembly manufacturing processes and contributing to the Bill of Process (BOP) and Bill of Engineering (BOE).\nExtensive expertise in server storage products.\nExperience in creating the tooling-fixture for the manufacturing assembly team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in server, rack, or complex system manufacturing environments\nStrong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement leadership\nExperience working in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment\nCertifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ)\nWe believe in treating each other with respect and dignity.
