Responsibilities\nDevelop creative visual assets for product documentation, service guides, installation manuals, brochures, flyers, product labels, posters, and other marketing or technical post-production editing to support publications, training materials, and marketing content.\nEnsure all visual communications align with Lenovo brand guidelines, design standards, and product identity requirements.\nManage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and adherence to project timelines.\nMaintain and organize digital design assets, templates, and documentation for future reference and reuse.\nContinuously explore and introduce new design techniques, tools, and industry best practices to enhance visual communication effectiveness.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the technology, hardware, server, electronics, or manufacturing industry.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design or multimedia tools.\nExperience creating technical illustrations, product documentation graphics, and publication layouts.\nKnowledge of photography, image editing, and visual asset management.\nFamiliarity with branding, typography, print production, regulatory labeling, and design standards.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to translate technical requirements into visually engaging content.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nExperience supporting server, storage, networking, or enterprise hardware products.\nComfortable working with engineering teams and interpreting technical content.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating technical illustration, publication design, branding, and product-related visual assets.\nExperience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is
