HR reporting, data validation, analytics, and HR metrics tracking.\nCoordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.\nOrganize employee engagement activities, training sessions, workshops, and HR events.\nAssist with HR communications, policy updates, and document management.\nRespond to routine employee HR inquiries and ensure timely support.\nSupport compliance with company policies and employment regulations.\nContribute to HR projects and initiatives across different business functions.\nQualifications & Skills\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong organizational, communication, and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProfessional, reliable, and able to manage confidential information appropriately.\nEager to learn, adaptable, collaborative, and interested in developing a career in Human Resources.\nWhat
