If you’re passionate about technology and enjoy solving problems with data, we’d love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer & User Behavior Analysis\nAnalyze customer browsing data from Adobe Analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.\nEvaluate internal knowledge usage using Power BI to uncover gaps and optimize content.\nSupport issue diagnosis by analyzing user behavior across multiple support channels.\nData Platform Development\nBuild and maintain data analytics platforms and dashboards.\nDesign metric systems and develop visualization tools to support decision-making.\nAI & Knowledge Optimization\nUse AI tools to identify missing or underperforming knowledge content.\nTrack emerging search trends and compare them with historical data.\nAnalyze diagnostic results to identify potential product issues and support product improvements.\nModel Evaluation & Collaboration\nCollaborate with other analysts to align on best practices and share insights.\nExplore new machine learning algorithms, LLM tools, and model architectures to enhance diagnostic performance.\nWork with engineers to ensure accurate data collection, storage, and processing.\nPartner with IT vendors to improve data quality and expand data fields.\nRequired Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or related fields.\nTechnical data analysis skills and mining capabilities, able to independently perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and model training.\n\nEnglish speaking skills are necessary for communicating with a global team.\nProficient in Python, SQL, and other data analysis languages and tools.\nProficiency in SQL for data querying\nExperience with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.\nAbility to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with AI products related tools is a plus.\nExperience in KM, knowledge graph, and natural language processing.\nProficient in Adobe Analytics.\nKnowledge of regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.\nUnderstanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.\nAbout You:\nYou are detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping others succeed.
