This customer-facing role is responsible for assessing existing technology landscapes, evaluating alternative technology solutions, and guiding organizations through complex transformation and modernization programs.\nYou will work closely with customers, architects, delivery teams, and technology partners to conduct technical assessments, lead architecture workshops, execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements, and provide strategic recommendations that enable successful transformation outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead technology transformation and modernization engagements for enterprise customers.\nConduct architecture assessments and analyze customer environments across applications, middleware, databases, operating systems, and infrastructure platforms.\nFacilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and transformation objectives.\nEvaluate technology alternatives and define solution recommendations based on technical, operational, and business considerations.\nDesign, plan, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate solution feasibility and mitigate implementation risks.\nDevelop transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, and architecture recommendations.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and compatibility considerations across complex enterprise environments.\nCollaborate with sales, presales, delivery, and partner teams to support strategic customer opportunities.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and business cases to both technical and executive stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their transformation journey.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales architecture, field CTO, platform transformation, or related roles\nProven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder technology evaluation and solution shaping\nProven experience leading technology transformation, modernization, migration, or platform replacement initiatives.\nProven experience leading PoCs, technical workshops, and architecture assessments that support high-stakes decisions\nExperience working across several layers of the enterprise technology stack, such as applications/ middleware/ database/ Linux/OS/ infrastructure/platform/ operations/tooling\nExperience engaging with vendors, partners, customers, and internal delivery teams\nExperience in open-source adoption or migration projects, enterprise platform modernization, cloud transformation, or large-scale technology migration programs\nExperience leading architecture reviews, technical assessments, and technology evaluation projects in large enterprise environments.\nProven experience designing and executing PoCs and technical validation exercises.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business executives.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into practical business recommendations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Xin Chuang (信創), technology localization, platform modernization, or enterprise migration programs.\nExperience working with financial services, insurance, or large enterprise customers.\nFamiliarity with technology substitution and modernization initiatives in complex regulated
