Overview:\nAs a Data Visualization Specialist, you will transform complex data into intuitive, engaging and actionable visual experiences that help business leaders make better decisions and improve adoption of analytics and Gen BI capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nVisualization Development\nDesign and develop executive dashboards, operational reports and self-service BI solutions.\nCreate visual experiences that communicate insights clearly and support business decisions.\nDevelop KPI dashboards, management reporting packs and analytical applications.\nImplement reporting standards, visual design guidelines and dashboard governance practices.\nCollaborate with data product, business analysis and engineering teams to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.\n\nUser Experience & Adoption\nApply data storytelling and dashboard UX principles to improve usability and adoption.\nConduct user feedback sessions and refine dashboard experiences based on business needs.\nSupport training, enablement and self-service BI adoption for business users.\nSupport Gen BI and natural language analytics initiatives with strong visual and semantic design.\nAnalytics Enablement\nShape semantic models, KPI definitions and visualization best practices.\nOptimize dashboards for performance, maintainability and scalability.\nContribute reusable dashboard templates and industry reporting assets.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Design, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline.\n3+ years of experience in BI development, dashboard design, reporting or data visualization.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or equivalent BI tools.\nStrong understanding of data storytelling, KPI design, dashboard UX and analytical thinking.\nAbility to communicate insights effectively to business users.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX, SQL, data modelling or dashboard governance.\nExposure to enterprise reporting modernization, executive dashboards or self-service BI programs.\nBasic understanding of Gen BI, natural language analytics or
