issues and recommends optimization options for implementation.\nPerform NetFlow tracing\nEnsure timely update and closure of ITSM tickets\nWork with the team and 3rd party vendors to provide root cause analysis for incidents.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n8 or more years of relevant hands-on experience.\nWilling to work on 24x7 operational shifts.\nStrong understanding of routing protocols, SDN, VPNs, and network security best practices.\nCertification: CCNA or equivalent.\nExperience with network monitoring and support of Cisco Routing and Switching, Network load balancers, Checkpoint or Palo\nAlto Firewalls\nFamiliar with ITIL best practices and processes\nGood knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs)\nFamiliarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible) and orchestration
