Serving as a key strategic partner to finance and regional leaders, the senior strategist evaluates pricing performance and makes data-informed recommendations that guide pricing adjustments and business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and lead global ISG pricing strategies and frameworks that support revenue growth, margin optimization, and competitive market positioning.\nAnalyze pricing performance across products, geographies, customer segments, and deal sizes, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending pricing actions.\nDrive data-driven pricing decisions by evaluating market trends, financial performance, discounting patterns, win rates, and price elasticity.\nPartner with Finance, Sales, and regional stakeholders to align pricing recommendations with business objectives and market conditions.\nManage quarterly pricing reviews and ongoing performance assessments, ensuring pricing remains competitive and aligned with strategic goals.\nOversee channel, high-velocity, and inventory-related pricing programs to support market responsiveness and sell-through performance.\nCommunicate pricing recommendations, business impact, and supporting analysis to senior leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.\nMonitor the effectiveness of pricing initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on financial, operational, and market outcomes.\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.\n10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business analytics, or operations.\nDemonstrated success managing pricing processes across multiple product groups or markets.\nStrong analytical skills;
