engineering, product development, operations, and the global supply base.\nResponsibilities\nStrategic Procurement Leadership\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies that support AI infrastructure, server, storage, networking, and cloud platform portfolios.\nDrive supplier selection, contract negotiations, commercial agreements, and total-cost optimization initiatives.\nAlign procurement roadmaps with business objectives, product strategies, and customer requirements.\nIdentify supply market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations to strengthen Lenovo's competitive advantage.\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) Execution\nLead procurement engagement from early concept through product launch and mass production.\nEnsure material readiness and supplier capacity planning for aggressive AI platform launch schedules.\nPartner with engineering teams to influence component selection, design-for-cost initiatives, and sourcing decisions.\nSupport product transitions, qualification activities, and technology roadmaps.\nSupplier & Commercial Management\nBuild executive-level relationships with strategic suppliers.\nLead commercial negotiations involving pricing, investment commitments, capacity, lead times, and supply agreements.\nDrive supplier performance management through quality, delivery, cost, and innovation metrics.\nChampion strategic supplier partnerships that accelerate product differentiation and technology adoption.\nRisk Management & Supply Continuity\nProactively identify and mitigate supply chain, geopolitical, capacity, logistics, and technology risks.\nDevelop contingency plans and dual-source strategies to ensure continuity of supply.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to support sustained business growth.\nLead escalation management for critical supply constraints affecting customer commitments.\nCross-Functional Program Leadership\nPartner with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing Program Management, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance teams.\nProvide procurement leadership in executive program reviews and milestone tracking.\nInfluence key business decisions through fact-based analysis, market intelligence, and commercial expertise.\nDrive accountability and execution across global teams and supplier networks.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain management, or supplier management.\nExperience managing complex hardware, electronics, semiconductor, server, networking, storage, or data center supply chains.\nDemonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and commercial strategy execution.\nStrong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience driving cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.\nExperience supporting AI infrastructure, data center, cloud computing, hyperscaler, or CSP environments.\nKnowledge of NVIDIA ecosystem technologies, GPU server platforms, accelerated computing solutions, and AI clusters.\nExperience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and product lifecycle management.\nGlobal supplier management experience within a multinational technology organization.\nFamiliarity with
