A key focus will be managing the end-to-end coordination of infrastructure equipment, including networking, power distribution, liquid cooling systems, and related components, ensuring deployment readiness and successful project execution.\n Key Responsibilities\n Project & Deployment Coordination\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of global AI and data centre infrastructure deployment projects.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.\nCoordinate activities across internal teams, customers, vendors, logistics providers, and installation partners.\nTrack project actions, issues, risks, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, deployment records, and operational reports.\nSupply Chain & Logistics Management\nManage purchase requests and oversee infrastructure equipment tracking from order placement through final customer delivery.\nCoordinate with supply chain teams and external partners to ensure equipment availability and deployment readiness.\nMonitor domestic and international shipments, customs requirements, import/export activities, and delivery schedules.\nMaintain inventory and tracking records for critical deployment components.\nIdentify potential supply chain or logistics risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.\nReporting & Operational Excellence\nMaintain project information within project management and business operations tools, including Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and related systems.\nProduce regular status reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and deployment metrics for project stakeholders and leadership teams.\nSupport governance processes, project reviews, and operational reporting activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency, execution quality, and customer satisfaction.\nService Support & Asset Management\nCoordinate ongoing water maintenance schedules and service activities for deployed liquid cooling solutions.\nEnsure operational records are maintained and service activities are completed according to established schedules and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Deployment Support, or a related field.\nExperience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and international teams.\nStrong understanding of supply chain coordination, equipment tracking, delivery management, and operational processes.\nExperience working with international logistics and customs requirements.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within technology, data centre, cloud, infrastructure, networking, telecommunications, or engineering environments.\nExposure to AI, HPC (High Performance Computing), Hybrid Cloud, networking, or large-scale infrastructure deployment projects.\nKnowledge of global logistics operations and technical services delivery.\nExperience supporting international customers and geographically distributed teams.\nProject management certifications (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are a plus.\nSpanish and English bilingual proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.\nKey Competencies\nExcellent planning and organizational skills.\nStrong attention to detail and execution discipline.\nEffective stakeholder management and communication.\nProactive problem-solving and risk mitigation.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent activities.\nStrong collaboration skills across technical, operational, and business teams.\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and customer success.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration.\nWe believe in treating each other with respect and dignity.
