The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality while collaborating closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.\nThis role requires strong project management expertise, solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic consulting environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of application development projects, from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.\n\nWork closely with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, budgets, and risk registers.\n\nManage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, and external vendors.\n\nMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\n\nFacilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.\n\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, technical requirements, and business objectives.\n\nCoordinate application development activities following Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nWork with solution architects and technical leads to ensure feasible and scalable solutions are delivered.\n\nManage project financials, including effort estimation, budget tracking, resource utilization, and profitability.\n\nOversee vendor and third-party coordination where required.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities, solution proposals, project estimation, and client presentations when needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project delivery.\n\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.\n\nExperience\n5+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on application development projects.\n\nProven track record of delivering enterprise-level web, mobile, cloud, or business applications.\n\nExperience managing projects for external clients within an IT consulting, system integration, or professional services environment.\n\nHands-on experience working with software development teams and SDLC delivery processes.\n\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\n\nAgile / Scrum methodologies\n\nWaterfall and Hybrid delivery approaches\n\nCloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)\n\nAPI integration and enterprise application architecture\n\nDevOps and CI/CD practices\n\nSystem implementation and upgrade projects\n\nProject Management Skills\nStrong project planning, scheduling, and resource management capabilities.\n\nExcellent risk, issue, and change management skills.\n\nExperience in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\n\nAbility to manage project governance and executive stakeholder reporting.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.\n\nExperience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects.\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, MS Project, or Monday.com.\n\nExperience across industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, or Public
