In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP applications, supporting end-to-end implementations, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.\nYou will work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions for both internal and external stakeholders while exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to drive business innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, HANA, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA technologies.\nLead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and support.\nBuild and enhance custom SAP developments, including Reports, Enhancements, Interfaces, Forms, Conversions, and Workflow components.\nOptimize system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP landscapes.\nManage custom code lifecycle activities, including remediation, upgrades, and system migrations.\nCollaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.\nParticipate in S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.\nResearch and implement innovative technologies and solutions, including GenAI-enabled capabilities, where applicable.\nIdentify technical risks and contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of hands-on SAP development experience.\nStrong expertise in SAP ABAP Development, including:Reports (Classical, ALV)\nEnhancements and User Exits\nBAdIs\nSmartForms / Adobe Forms\nInterfaces (IDocs, RFC, APIs, Web Services)\nObject-Oriented ABAP\n\nExperience with SAP HANA, CDS Views, and performance optimization.\nExperience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.\nKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and development best practices.\nAbility to independently drive technical workstreams and deliver project assignments with minimal supervision.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience participating in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.\nExposure to SAP BTP and modern SAP development frameworks.\nKnowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs.\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience with AI, automation, or Generative AI initiatives within enterprise environments.\nBasic project management and stakeholder management skills.\nWe believe in treating each other with respect and dignity.
