You’ll stay close enough to the technology to challenge designs and navigate architectural trade-offs while giving senior engineers the ownership and autonomy to lead.\nYou will:\nBuild and develop an exceptional engineering team.\nTurn ambiguous product and architectural goals into executable technical plans.\nGuide architecture, reliability, security, and engineering-quality decisions.\nDevelop senior engineers into technical leaders.\nDeliver complex platform capabilities from concept through production.\nCollaborate across engineering, product, architecture, and business organizations.\nIdeal candidates have deep software engineering experience and a track record leading complex distributed, cloud-native, or enterprise software development.
