Build and maintainCI/CD pipelines, Helm charts or manifests, and infrastructure-as-code.\nEngineer for production.Design for scalability, resilienceand observability: metrics, tracing, structured logging, health checks, graceful degradationand capacity planning.\nRaise the engineering bar.Lead by example through thorough code reviews, meaningful automated testsand pragmatic refactoring.
