and fluid expressions. \nBasic Qualifications:\n8+ years focused on visual design, UI architecture, or interface design for advanced software. \nBachelor’s or Master’s in Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nComprehensive portfolio showcasing highly innovative UI concepts, experimental visual frameworks, and high-craft execution. \nDeep mastery of Figma, alongside hands-on proficiency with modern implementation tools like Cursor and Make. \nExperience partnering with front-end engineers to push the boundaries of production-grade interfaces. \nVisual Pioneer: You possess an exquisite eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, driven by a desire to invent entirely new UI expressions rather than maintain legacy patterns. \nModern Tooling Advocate: You are deeply experienced with modern design implementations, AI-assisted coding environments for rapid UI realization, and workflow automation platforms. \nAdaptive Systems Thinker: You look beyond static rectangles to design dynamic layouts that prioritize, declutter, and adapt based on contextual AI triggers and user intent. \nCollaborative Partner: You work seamlessly
