DevelopmentLead hardware development from concept through production, including design, validation, issue resolution, and product launch.\n\n Build and Inspire High-Performing TeamsMentor and lead a talented team of engineers, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration across global development organizations.\n\n Influence Strategic Technology DecisionsPartner with architects, senior engineering leaders, and executives to define product direction and deliver breakthrough infrastructure solutions.\n\n Solve Complex Customer ChallengesWork directly with customers to understand their technical needs and develop customized solutions that drive business success.\n\n Champion Technical ExcellenceLead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex hardware issues while setting engineering standards and best practices across the organization.\n\n Basic Requirements:\n Proven experience leading the design and development of enterprise server, compute, or data center hardware platforms.\n Deep expertise in x86 and/or AMD-based system architecture, hardware design, and low-level platform validation.\n Strong background in PCB schematic design, EDA tools, hardware bring-up, and debug.\n Preferred Requirements:\n Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and delivering complex products from concept through production.\n Experience with server technologies, FPGA development, PCIe design, DC power design, or related platform technologies is highly desirable.\n Proficiency with Linux, Windows, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell.\n Proven ability to lead global cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.\n Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
