us realize our Hybrid AI vision!\nResponsibilities:\nSystem Architecture: Design andmaintainthe overall architecture of our AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.\n\nModel Expertise: Possessin-depth knowledge of a wide range of AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal models (vision, speech, text), and their underlying principles.\n\nTraining & Fine-tuning: Architect and oversee the training and fine-tuning of AI models, including techniques like Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT),LoRA(Low-Rank Adaptation), and prompt tuning.\n\nAgent Design: Lead the design and implementation of intelligent agents, encompassing components like intent understanding, task decomposition and planning, and tool calling (e.g., using MCP-ModelContext Protocol).\n\nKnowledge Management: Design and implement robust knowledge management systems, including vector databases, rerankingmodels andalgorithms, and knowledge graphs.\n\nOutput Optimization: Selectoutput sampling strategies to ensure high-quality, relevant, and coherent responses.\n\nTechnical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them through the implementation of complex AI solutions.\n\nResearch & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research andidentifyopportunities to apply them to our products and Documentation: Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of the AI system architecture and components.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, ora relatedfield.\n\n12+ years of experience designing and implementing AI systems.\n\nUnderstanding ofMachine Learning and Deep Learning principles.\n\nExtensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with multimodal models.\n\nProficiencyin programming languages such as Python.\n\nExperience with Machine Learning frameworks such asPyTorch.\n\nStrong understanding of vector databases and embedding models.\n\nExperience with knowledge graphs and knowledge base management.\n\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering techniques and prompt optimization.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience withMLOpspractices and deploying AI models to production.\n\nContributions to open-source AI projects.\n\nPublications in leading AI conferences or journals.\n\nFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including
