It is an individual contributor role that requires senior level project management and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably both verbally and in writing at a senior business leadership level (Director, Executive Director, VP), and strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willing to work “outside the box” to find solutions and solve problems in a deadline driven environment, to make sure the assigned project can be delivered on time and controlled within budget.\nJob Responsibilities:\nUnderstand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / cost restraints\nEnsure E2E process will be executed as designed. Identify and communicate gaps\nOwnership and management of project deliverables \nLead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete project objectives\nEnsure appropriate team membership / functional representation\nDevelop and execute project schedule\nManage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project\nMonitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Provide timely / accurate project status updates\nOwn project risk management planning and change control\nEscalate issues to management level as required\nPerforms regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and process improvements are captured\nInterface with customer as a Project Owner\nBasic Requirements:\nBackground in Compute, Storage or GPU product line is required.\n8+ years of working experience\nPreferred Requirements:\nWork experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Center industry is preferred.\nSenior level of project management skills; PMI preferred\nStrong customer focus and business sense on financial P&L analysis, MBA degree is a plus.\nFluent English oral, written and communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment with global function team across different time zones.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensure responsiveness to deliverables and deadlines, alignment with project imperatives, and drive action.\nAbility to lead effectively through complexity and ambiguity, with strong critical thinking, analysis skills and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and be flexible and creative.
