materials, and system technologies to achieve product performance, quality, and cost targets.\nDrive system-level integration and design optimization across motherboard, power, thermal, firmware, and mechanical domains.\nCross-functional Program Leadership\nServe as the technical lead for product development programs, coordinating closely with Mechanical, Thermal, Signal Integrity, Firmware, Power, Validation, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.\nEnsure technical execution aligns with customer requirements, development milestones, and production schedules.\nLead design reviews, risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.\nTechnology Development & Industry Engagement\nMaintain strong relationships with component suppliers, technology partners, and industry organizations.\nMonitor industry trends, competitive technologies, and emerging innovations to support future product roadmap planning.\nConduct technical evaluations, proof-of-concept studies, and new technology research to drive product competitiveness.\nValidation & Problem Resolution\nApply engineering analysis, simulation, validation methodologies, and testing techniques to verify component, circuit, and system-level functionality.\nDrive debugging and root-cause analysis of complex hardware and system issues throughout development and production.\nEnsure product reliability, quality, and compliance through comprehensive validation and verification activities.\nManufacturing Readiness & Product Quality\nEnsure product designs comply with DFX (Design for Excellence) principles, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Testability (DFT), and Design for Serviceability (DFS).\nWork closely with manufacturing teams to optimize production yield, reduce costs, and support successful mass production ramp-up.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExtensive experience in enterprise server hardware development and system architecture.\nProven experience designing and developing 2-socket or multi-socket server systems.\nDemonstrated success leading complex hardware development projects across multiple engineering disciplines.\nStrong understanding of server architecture, high-speed interfaces, power delivery, thermal considerations, and board-level system design.\nHands-on experience with system-level debugging, validation, and performance optimization.\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in hardware design and development tools, including:Cadence Concept HDL\nCadence Allegro\nValidation and diagnostic tools\nHardware scripting and automation tools\nCPLD development tools\n\nStrong knowledge of electronic components, PCB materials, signal integrity, and system integration principles.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with system management firmware development.\nExperience in CPLD and FPGA architecture, coding, and debugging.\nFamiliarity with server management technologies, platform firmware, and datacenter system architectures.\nPrior experience working with leading server ODM/OEM organizations or enterprise server vendors.\nLeadership Competencies\nStrong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent
