5 年及以上车载摄像头或嵌入式 ISP Tuning / 图像质量调优工作经验，具有完整的车载摄像头量产或交付经验;\n2. 精通 ISP 基本原理与 Pipeline 各模块工作机制，熟悉 3A 算法调优，具有丰富的主观 + 客观评测经验，能建立主客观关联评测能力;\n3. 熟悉至少一种主流车载 SoC 平台（Nvidia Orin / Thor、地平线 J5 / J6、黑芝麻 A1000、高通、Momenta 芯片等）与主流车载图像传感器（Sony IMX、OmniVision、ON Semi、思特威等），熟练使用 Imatest、IQ-Analyzer、DxO Analyzer 等图像质量分析工具及灯箱、ISO 12233 测试卡、照度计、色温仪等测试设备;\n4. 熟练掌握 C / C++、Python、MATLAB 等编程语言，具备较强的 Python / Shell 脚本能力以支撑自动化调优流程开发，熟悉 MIPI CSI、I2C 等接口协议与 Linux 操作系统;\n5. 熟悉车载画质验收标准（ISO 12233、CPIQ、IEEE P2020 等）与 AVM 环视 / DMS / ADAS 前视等典型场景画质要求，了解 ASPICE、ISO 26262 功能安全等车规体系;\n6. 具有车载摄像头实车改装 / 数据采集经验，熟悉摄像头位布置、线束、供电方案与采集设备（工控机 / 高速 SSD / 同步触发器）选型调试;
