maintains visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across the transformation portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Execution & Coordination\nSupport planning, execution, and monitoring of organization and GTM transformation initiatives\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables\nCoordinate cross-functional activities across sales, marketing, operations, product, finance, and enabling functions\nGovernance & Reporting\nMaintain action logs, decision trackers, and risk registers\nSupport cadence management for program meetings, steering committees, and working sessions\nStakeholder Engagement\nSupport coordination across business and functional teams\nSupport stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes\nHelp ensure accountability for commitments and follow-through\nFinancial Tracking & Value Capture\nTrack progress against target and financial commitments.\nMaintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor initiative performance.\nOperational & Analytical Support\nCollect and analyze data to inform decision-making and progress tracking\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution effectiveness\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required\n2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, consulting, business operations, or related roles\nDemonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives\nExperience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities\nFamiliarity with organization transformation, operating model changes, or GTM initiatives is highly desirable\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting initiatives involving sales, marketing, customer success, or commercial operations\nExposure to organizational redesign, process improvement, or change management efforts\nProject Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile certifications) preferred but not required \nExperience in matrixed organizations or large enterprises\nConsulting or transformation program experience is a plus\nSkills & Competencies\nExecution &
