The Supporting Project Manager ensures will aid with coordination, clear tracking of progress, and effective communication of results.\nJob Responsibilities:\n1. Project Execution & Delivery\nSupport the execution of cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives across multiple initiatives\nAssist in developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.\nTrack initiative progress and escalate risks, issues, and delays when necessary.\nMaintain project documentation including status updates, action logs, and decision tracking.\n2. Program & Workstream Coordination\nPartner with program leaders and workstream owners to ensure initiatives remain on track.\nFacilitate regular working sessions and progress reviews with initiative owners.\nSupport preparation of executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and achievements.\nEnsure dependencies across projects are identified and actively managed.\n3. Financial Tracking & Value Capture\nTrack progress against cost reduction targets and financial commitments.\nWork closely with finance partners to validate savings and ensure accurate reporting.\nMaintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor initiative performance.\nHelp document realized benefits and support value capture reporting.\n4. Governance & Reporting\nPrepare weekly and monthly program updates for leadership.\nSupport governance routines including steering committees and project reviews.\nMaintain centralized tracking of initiatives, milestones, risks, and decisions.\nEnsure consistent use of program management tools and reporting templates.\n5. Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with initiative owners and functional leaders.\nHelp ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines.\nFacilitate collaboration across teams working on cost improvement initiatives.\nJob Requirements:\n1. Education\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field.\n2. Experience\n2-5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, consulting, operations, or transformation initiatives.\nExperience in development, procurement, engineering, global supply chain and/or finance\nExperience supporting cost reduction, operational improvement, or transformation programs is strongly preferred.\nExperience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.\n3. Skills\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills.\nAbility to track multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to track financial and operational metrics.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\n4. Tools & Capabilities\nExperience with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Monday, etc.)\nProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience building dashboards, trackers, or status reports.\nFamiliarity with value tracking, cost savings reporting, or business case tracking is a plus.\n5.
