The role combines software engineering, product integration, technical troubleshooting, and manufacturing support, working closely with cross-functional and global teams throughout the product lifecycle.\n The position will also contribute to initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), supporting the development and integration of innovative solutions that improve engineering processes, products, and user experiences.\nMain Responsibilities\n Support product integration activities throughout development, validation, manufacturing, carrier deployment, and post-launch phases.\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot software, hardware/software interface, manufacturing, carrier, and field issues, collaborating with technical teams to drive resolution.\n\nSupport Change Control Board (CCB) and technical triage activities, helping assess Change Requests (CRs), priorities, risks, and product impact.\n\nSupport carrier testing, regional certification, regulatory requirements, and technical validation activities for global product launches.\n\nMonitor and analyze product quality indicators and post-launch feedback to identify issues and contribute to continuous product improvement.\n\nContribute to the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled software solutions and engineering automation initiatives.\n\n Must Have\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and analytical problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to investigate technical issues, analyze information, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify solutions.\n\nAdvanced English communication skills for interaction with global teams and stakeholders.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, organization, and learning agility.\n\nAvailability to work in a hybrid model in Jaguariúna, São Paulo.\n\nNice to Have\n Knowledge of mobile device architecture, embedded software systems, or hardware/software integration.\n\nFamiliarity with mobile telecommunications, carrier testing, product integration, or device certification processes.\n\nKnowledge of Machine Learning (ML), Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), or Artificial Intelligence application development.\n\nFamiliarity with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) concepts and practices.\n\nKnowledge of cloud technologies and deployment environments.\n\nExposure to software debugging, automation, data analysis, or technical troubleshooting in engineering environments.\n\n#MBG #LI-Hybrid\nWe believe in treating each other with respect and dignity.
