req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.\nExperience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)\nMaintaining effective relationship with agency partners\nNice to Have - Desirable experience\nCampus recruitment experience\nBusiness consulting firm experience\nQualifications (Skill, Competency)\nBachelor’s degree or higher with brilliant academic record\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, agency vendor consultants, hiring managers and cross-functional partners.\nLanguage skills: Japanese (Native-level);
