TEC Software Solutions Engineer

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1. Partner with TEC cost engineers, competitive consultants, and project stakeholders to understand workflows, data definitions, calculation logic, control points, and business outcomes; translate them into prioritized product requirements and acceptance criteria.

2. Own solution architecture for TEC tools, including domain models, relational data structures, interfaces, permissions, workflows, integrations, deployment, supportability, and lifecycle maintainability.

3. Use AI coding assistants and vibe-coding workflows to accelerate prototyping and engineering, while independently reviewing requirements, architecture, generated code, security risks, test evidence, and business results.

4. Convert validated TEC methodologies, formulas, business rules into deterministic and version-controlled software logic. Do not rely on live LLM generation to produce authoritative cost calculations or final recommendations.

5. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to transform, cleanse, validate, and standardize TEC ECAT and mechanical cost data from multiple source formats into governed data structures, common definitions, and reusable datasets for deterministic cost estimation, product-competitiveness analysis, and reporting.

6. Build automated unit, integration, regression, and user-acceptance tests; maintain representative test datasets and expected-result baselines so calculations remain accurate after changes

7. Work with IT, security, data owners, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise standards, measure adoption and business outcomes, and continuously improve tools based on verified user needs.

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

1.Strong practical programming capability in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript, plus SQL, relational data modeling, APIs, and web application development.

2. Hands-on experience delivering at least one meaningful software or automation product from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

3. Working knowledge of application architecture, databases, role-based access, validation, automated testing, deployment, backup, and maintenance.

4. Strong structured thinking, accuracy orientation, ownership, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
