management experience in hardware or device development within the consumer electronics industry.\nProven experience leading product development projects from planning through product launch and shipment.\nExperience collaborating with suppliers, ODMs, ESMs, or other external development partners.\nExperience working in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.\nStrong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and risk management skills.\nBusiness-level English communication skills, including meeting facilitation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on engineering experience in notebook PC, tablet, smartphone, workstation, or other hardware product development.\nInternational assignment experience of six months or longer.\nExperience applying AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven approaches to product development or project management.\nPMP or other recognized project management
