As the primary HR partner for Thailand, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless employee experience while driving operational excellence, statutory compliance, and efficient HR processes that enable business growth.\nCore Mandate\nEmployee Lifecycle Management\n\nOwn the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment through to offboarding.\n\nManage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee movements, and exit processes.\n\nPrepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records.\n\nSupport employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.\n\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.\n\n2. HR Operations & Administration\nManage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities for the Thailand business.\n\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems.\n\nCoordinate HR documentation and administrative processes.\n\nSupport office administration and manage HR-related vendors.\n\nEnsure HR processes remain efficient, compliant, and audit-ready.\n\n3. Payroll, Benefits & HR Compliance\nCoordinate monthly payroll and employee benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.\n\nWork closely with payroll vendors and regional stakeholders on payroll inputs.\n\nAdminister employee benefits, leave management, and insurance programmes.\n\nSupport salary revisions, incentive payouts, and compensation changes.\n\nAddress employee queries related to payroll and benefits.\n\n4. Employment Law & Governance\nEnsure HR practices comply with Thai labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.\n\nProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.\n\nMonitor regulatory updates and recommend policy improvements where required.\n\nCoordinate statutory submissions and support internal and external audits.\n\nMaintain strong HR governance and compliance standards.\n\n5. HR Systems & IT Coordination\nCoordinate HR systems and employee access throughout the employee lifecycle.\n\nManage employee account creation, onboarding, offboarding, and system access.\n\nPartner with IT to ensure timely provisioning of equipment and access.\n\nMaintain accurate employee data across HR systems.\n\nSupport HR technology enhancements and process improvement initiatives.\n\n6. Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement\nAct as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in Thailand.\n\nPartner with Regional HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to support business needs.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.\n\nSupport regional HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.\n\nThe Essentials\nProven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR & Administration professional with ownership of the employee lifecycle.\n\nFluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with local and regional stakeholders.\n\nStrong knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance.\n\nHands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong
