The result is consistent, reliable service and more opportunity for our people to grow and make an impact.\nDescription.\nThis position offers independent contributions to (1) support urgent repair and maintenance needs during afterhours periods-including nights, weekends, holidays, and office closures; (2) coordinate work order dispatching and vendor sourcing for timely resolution of client issues; and (3) assist Facilities Manager I, AH with documentation, client communications, and escalation support. This position works under the direction of Facilities Managers I & II and requires strong organization, communication skills, adaptability, and collaboration across internal teams and vendors.\nJob Responsibilities.\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. \nManage client work order verification process according to client service level agreements\nProvide timely price quotes to the Program Manager for approval; follow up with the client after submission.\nEstablish and maintain existing vendor relations\nMatch and assign the appropriate vendor for the work order\nEnsure the timely dispatch of vendors\nMaintain accurate records of the work orders, invoices, reports, emails, and other correspondence\n·Collaborate with clients on a national level; communicate status to Program Manager and client to remain on track for each work phase.\nMay analyze and resolve client issues and concerns.\nParticipants in evaluating and reconciling vendor invoices\nIn conjunction with billing, ensure client invoices are accurate.\nConsistently ensure client work orders are completed per their service level agreements.\nAct as the point person for problem resolution and client relations for multiple projects; escalates to Program Manager as necessary.\nWeekend and after-hours follow-up and support for clients as needed.\nCommitment to learning all aspects of the Associate Manager role.\nOther duties as required or assigned.\nRequirements\nProficiencies.\nStrong organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrates accuracy in documentation and communication\nStrong time management and follow-through\nEffective problem-solving skills\nProfessional verbal and written communication abilities\nSupervisory Requirements.\nThis position does not have supervisory responsibility.\nEducation/Experience.\nDegree with three years’ experience in Project Management or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying.
