follow up with the client after submission.\nEstablish and maintain existing vendor relations\nMatch and assign the appropriate vendor for the work order\nEnsure the timely dispatch of vendors\nMaintain accurate records of the work orders, invoices, reports, emails, and other correspondence\nCollaborate with clients on a national level; communicate status to Program Manager and client to remain on track for each work phase.\nMay analyze and resolve client issues and concerns.\nParticipants in evaluating and reconciling vendor invoices\nIn conjunction with billing, ensure client invoices are accurate.\nConsistently ensure client work orders are completed per their service level agreements.\nAct as the point person for problem resolution and client relations for multiple projects; escalates to Program Manager as necessary.\nWeekend and after-hours follow-up and support for clients as needed.\nCommitment to learning all aspects of Program Manager role.\nOther duties as required or assigned.\nProficiencies.\nStrong organizational skills\nAttention to detail\nAdaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.\nPossess excellent time management skills.\nProblem resolution skills\nDisplays professional communication skills\nSupervisory Requirements.\nThis position does not have supervisory responsibility.\nRequirements\nEducation/Experience.\nDegree with three years’ experience in Project Management or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in a work management system, proficiency in MS office skills and the willingness to expand their knowledge. \nWork Environment/Physical & Visual Demands.\nThis position works a fluctuating schedule Monday - Friday;
